On paper, few players look like a stronger match for the 2014 Orioles than Norichika.  The 31 year old outfielder is affordable (1 year/$1.5 m), carries a high OBP (.355 over his two-year major league career), offers a low strikeout, high contact approach that sets him apart from the Orioles' current offensive core, and will likely be made available by the outfield-rich Brewers for the right return.
